MegaFon to Float in London

International investors got another chance to tap into Russian economic growth when mobile operator MegaFon said Tuesday it will float in London. The bad news is the Russian economy is slowing down as well, as a rise in inflation puts the brakes on an earlier surge in consumer spending this year.
